Help and Support

Question: Why do I get errors in my browser about something is not a function or other javascript errors?

Answer

Javascript errors appear if an extremely old web browser is used. We use functionality that works for all browsers created within the last 10 years such as Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Safari.

If errors are displayed about any specific script code such as "document.CreateElement is not a function", then you definitely have a very old browser and upgrading it will be beneficial since newer ones with good javascript support can handle all our features.

All of our photos are still viewable with extremely older browsers, however, the layout will be a bit messy due to the javascript limitations of the older browsers.

Please contact us and tell us the name of the browser and the version number you are using if you receive any errors after upgrading your software.
