Question: Can I have a receipt of my order and know when I get them? Can I get a refund if I dont like the photos?

Answer

Once an order has been placed and is paid in full via paypal, an order number will be assigned and emailed to the address on file, and if setup, a receipt as an email from paypal will be sent stating the amount paid for photos.After receiving an email from us, select the orders tab and type in the number as instructed to see details of it including shipping address. Keep all emails. They will become an official receipt that you can use in case there is an issue with the shipment. Get a hold of us immediately if a problem exists.

Due to the customization and potential fragility of the order, we are unable to issue a refund once it is delivered, however we are able to process an exchange and send a better quality photo should the original arrive in worse quality than what was shown on screen.

Depending on location, traffic conditions and rules regarding country customs, we anticipate that it will take between one and eight weeks to mail photos directly to your doorstep. Unless otherwise noted, we will use Canada Post for deliveries.

If at any point in time, there are any special requirements, please contact us as soon as possible, especially before we begin the delivery. We cannot offer a refund on purchases that are successfully delivered.

If no purchased photos arrived after waiting eight weeks, please contact us for a possible re-shipment or if we are still unable to ship, ask for a refund. Be prepared to send us the receipt (the emails pertaining to the purchase) in case we ask to see it
