Question: Are these images royalty free?

Generally, photos on this website are not Royalty free Images.

To put everyone on the right track, we will define the term.

"Royalty free Images" are considered to be forms of visual art that can be used in any way, shape, or form at any time for any purpose without any permission from the original author. This includes selling and transferring rights of the art.

Here on this website, we do not have those kind of photos, however we have photos that may be shared at no cost provided you follow our policy on photos which is also covered in the FAQs.

There may be times where we can provide images that are royalty free, especially if you are a client who is paying premium pricing for something special. For example, some nightclubs may receiveimages that qualify or nearly qualify as royalty free directly from us, and the venue logo will be inserted on the image in place of ours.

For a solid answer to your question, you need to contact us directly regarding your photo needs and explain why the selected photos need to be categorized as royalty free images just for you.
